CCMC has been selected to provide pre-development consulting services for Hollyhock, a new master-planned community located in Frisco, DFW\u2019s most coveted new home submarket. Developed by Newland Communities<\/a>, this neighborhood will eventually include 900 move-up and executive-style homes, two amenity centers, and carefully-crafted open space that will include a trail system to connect Hollyhock to the city\u2019s Master Hike and Bike Trail<\/a>, along Panther Creek, and to local schools. Home building activity will begin in 2016.<\/p>\n

This will be CCMC\u2019s sixth project with Newland. Our relationship with Newland began at Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona. In 2015, the developer acquired several CCMC-managed communities, including Anthem Highlands, Anthem Ranch, Inspiration Colorado, and Canyon Falls.<\/p>\n
