The 18,000-acre project will eventually include 19,500 households, 6,000,000 square feet of commercial space, plus a 75 mega-watt solar facility and smart grid technology to ensure that Babcock Ranch generates more clean and renewable energy than it consumes. Our consulting services will include budget forecasting, community governance review, plus lifestyle amenity and programming recommendations. \u201cCCMC is thrilled to be invited into this revolutionary project,\u201d explains division president Todd Davidson. \u201cBabcock Ranch is sure to become the leading voice in community-based sustainable energy.
