Since that time, CCMC has been providing pre-development consulting to another Ivory Homes community, Broadview Shores. Now, we are pleased to announce that CCMC has transitioned this consulting client into a management contract. \u201cWhile our relationship with Ivory Homes is relatively new, the company\u2019s president, Chris P. Gamvroulas, sits on our Garden Park board at Daybreak,\u201d explain western division president Delores Ferguson. \u201cOur performance at both Garden Park and Ivory Ridge has led directly to this new business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Located in Provo, Utah, <a href=\"https:\/\/ivoryhomes.com\/community_details\/Broadview+Shores\/\">Broadview Shores<\/a> is a mixed-use development, which will ultimately include single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, a clubhouse, swimming pool, splash pad and substantial open space and trails situated on 100 acres. Today, there are 519 existing households in the community and this number could grow to 1,100. \u201cMany thanks to our CCMC team in Utah,\u201d says Delores. \u201cThey have demonstrated the CCMC difference to this client and continue to nurture this relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ellis R. Ivory founded <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ivoryhomes.com\">Ivory Homes<\/a> in Utah more than 40 years ago. Initially, the company developed only lots, selling to both individuals and Utah homebuilders. In 1983, Ivory Homes started building homes in its own developments.
