This has paved the way for our new partnership in the Albuquerque area.\u201d This will be our third project and our first management contract with Harvard Investments. We are currently providing pre-development consulting for Cadence at Gateway in Mesa, Arizona and Gregg Ranch in Marble Falls, Texas. Our management services at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveinmariposa.com\/\">Mariposa<\/a> will begin on July 1, 2017.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nestled among the foothills of Rio Rancho, Mariposa&nbsp;is a beautiful, 6500-acre master-planned community.
