So it was quite an honor to be named 2016 Large Management Company of the Year by the Nevada Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI-NV). The award, which recognizes an outstanding management company with at least 15,001 households within the State of Nevada that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, fosters education, and provides exceptional support for its team members, was presented at the annual CAI Nevada Chapter Gala, held Saturday, June 17, 2017. This is the fourth time CCMC has been named Management Company of the Year by CAI-NV. \u201cIt was extremely rewarding to see the dedication of our Nevada team recognized in this way,\u201d explains division president Tony Ledvina. \u201cThey are truly the best and the brightest in our business, and continue to be the leading voice of professionalism in our industry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis year, we were particularly honored to see our communities, board members and team members decorated as well,\u201d Tony continues. Congratulations to Mountain\u2019s Edge Master Association (MEMA) for being named Southern Nevada Large Association of the Year Award. The dedication of MEMA Board President Mark Leon earned him the titles of Southern Nevada Board Member of the Year and Designated Community Association Leader (DCAL) of the Year. CCMC community manager for Red Rock Country Club, Sharon Bolinger, won Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) of the Year. \u201cWhat a great night for the entire CCMC family,\u201d says Tony. \u201cThese awards are the direct result of the commitment, hard work and caring hearts of our people and our clients.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Community Associations Institute (CAI)<\/strong> is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations.
