Now, Ivory Homes has selected CCMC as its community management provider for Holbrook Farms, Anderson Farms and Overland. All three communities will open for sales this year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Located in Lehi, Utah&nbsp;Holbrook Farms will eventually grow to nearly 2,000 households. This community is a joint venture with Boyer Development, Oakwood Homes and David Weekley Homes and will feature an assortment of stunning new homes; plus shops, restaurants, parks and trails.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Anderson Farms is situated in the Pleasant Grove area of Lindon, Utah. This charming neighborhood will grow to more than 500 homes.<\/p>\n<p>Situated in the up-and-coming city of Eagle Mountain, Overland will be one of Ivory\u2019s largest master-planned communities, building out at more than 3,000 households. Residents will enjoy beautiful home designs, spacious lots, terrific schools and access to multiple recreation centers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CCMC was first introduced to Ivory Homes at Daybreak, where they have been building since 2009. With more than a century of combined experience, the Ivory team harbors some of the most prestigious and coveted awards in home style and design.
