Heritage at Vizcaya\u2019s nomination focused on the community\u2019s ability to offer a \u201clife full of open-ended possibilities and exciting new adventures around every turn.\u201d The boutique resort-style community, which includes 650 single-family homes in an active-adult environment, is part of the larger master-planned, all-ages community of Vizcaya.<\/p>\n

Residents at Heritage at Vizcaya enjoy an abundance of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiards room, aerobics studio, pool, hot tub, sports courts and more. The community\u2019s lifestyle team also creates opportunities for residents to engage and interact through various classes, clubs, events and activities.<\/p>\n
