The first homes are expected to be built in the fourth quarter of 2020.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Verde Trails will eventually grow to 865 households. Residents will enjoy a large, central four-acre park, pocket parks and an extensive trail system. This will be our fifth project with Harvard. We have also provided consulting services for Gregg Ranch in Marble Falls, Texas and currently provide management services to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveinmariposa.com\/\">Mariposa<\/a> in Rio Rancho, New Mexico and <a href=\"http:\/\/cadenceaz.com\/\">Cadence at Gateway<\/a> in Mesa, Arizona. Next month, we will begin managing <a href=\"http:\/\/www.villagesatranchoeldoradohoa.org\/\">Rancho El Dorado<\/a> in Maricopa, Arizona.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Harvard Investments is a 100-year-old real estate investment and development company with holdings throughout Arizona, Colorado and Texas.
