For these reasons, two CCMC communities were recently named best in their class by the Nevada Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) at their annual CAI Nevada Chapter Gala Awards, held on Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Las Vegas. <strong><a title=\"Siena\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sienalv.org\/outside_home.asp\">Siena<\/a><\/strong> was named Southern Nevada Outstanding Large Association of the Year for the second consecutive year. While <strong><a title=\"Providence\" href=\"http:\/\/providencelvhoa.com\/outside_home.asp\">Providence<\/a><\/strong> took home its first Southern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year award. But the honors didn\u2019t stop there! <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>CCMC community manager at Siena, DC Collins was, once again, named CMCA of the Year. This prestigious award is presented to the Certified Manger of Community Associations\u00ae (CMCA) who exemplifies the ethics and goals of CAI, and supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the association he serves. DC was also CMCA of the Year for 2010. \u201cWe are honored to see the service and dedication of our team recognized in this way,\u201d explains CCMC Division President Tony Ledvina, \u201cIt is our privilege to be involved with such exceptional communities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>About CAI<\/strong><br \/>\nDedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent associations; <a title=\"CAI\" href=\"http:\/\/www.caionline.com\">CAI<\/a> is committed to educating responsible leadership and achieving harmony in association living. The <a title=\"Nevada chapter\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cai-nevada.org\/outside_home.asp\">Nevada chapter<\/a> currently serves more than 700 members; including business partners, community mangers and homeowner volunteers.
