We continue to work hard to make this a community of true character \u2013 not just high volume sales. We are pleased to see that our commitment has been rewarded.\u201d Morrison Ranch was the highest ranking Arizona community on the list, number 23 nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second year for <a title=\"John Burns' ranking\" href=\"http:\/\/www.realestateconsulting.com\/content\/SBMI-201201_5\">John Burns\u2019 ranking<\/a>, which includes sales data from 136 master planned communities throughout the country.
