The caption above her name read, \u201cManager of Excellence\u201d. And we couldn\u2019t agree more! You see, Patricia Wasson is truly one of the most recognized and respected people in our industry. For the past 13 years, Pat (as we all know her) has managed one of the most complex and successful communities in the country for CCMC \u2013 Celebration, Florida. She has coached, mentored and educated, literally, thousands of community association professionals. She has managed portfolio accounts, condominiums, high-rises and master planned communities. She was the national president of CAI, and has chaired NBC-CAM. In 1989, she even started her own community management firm. Pretty impressive! But the most impressive thing about Pat is not something you will find on her resume. That\u2019s because, for her, it\u2019s not about what she has <em>done<\/em> in her career. Rather, it\u2019s all about how she can <em>use<\/em> her\u00a0career to positively impact the lives of others. You see, Pat Wasson has nothing to prove. She is simply interested in making a difference.
