Presented at the CAI Nevada Chapter Gala on January 13, 2013, the award recognizes communities with at least 501 households for exceptional homeowner education, problem solving and community participation. \u201cUnder the dynamic and focused leadership of our board of directors, we were able to accomplish several major goals, including significant security and communication enhancements,\u201d explains CCMC community manager Sharon Bolinger, \u201cAs a result, we have witnessed a noticeable increase in homeowner satisfaction with the association, board and staff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In fact, Sharon herself was named 2012 AMS Manager of the Year on the same night. Her association\u2019s insatiable pursuit of excellence, coupled with her own community service earned her this top honor. She currently serves on the CAI Nevada\u2019s Programs Committee and Legislative Action Committee. She recently earned the coveted Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.<\/p>\n<p>Sharon joined CCMC in 2005.
