He is known for his ability to evaluate both the physical and financial health of communities and to develop clear, actionable strategies that support long-term success, including full-cycle budgeting, strategic planning, and SWOT analysis.<\/p>\nBrett holds degrees in Parks and Recreation Management and Corporate Wellness from Northwest Missouri State University and is actively involved in industry organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Community Associations Institute, and the Community Development Council in Dallas-Fort Worth.
