That\u2019s why their community was (once again!) named \u201cSouthern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year\u201d by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Nevada Board of Directors at their annual <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cai-nevada.org\/outside_home.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CAI Nevada<\/a> Chapter Gala Awards, held Saturday, February 8, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>This is the second\u00a0time Providence has taken home this award. \u201cOn behalf of the entire CCMC team at Providence, we are honored to, once again, be named Southern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year,\u201d explains CCMC community manager for Providence, Brandon Exline. \u201cThe continued support of CCMC, the Providence Board and our residents has unquestionably contributed to this recognition.\u201d Brandon, we love your collaborative style. It\u2019s <i><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">SO<\/span><\/i> CCMC!<\/p>\n<p><b>About CAI<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent associations; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caionline.org\/Pages\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CAI<\/a> is committed to educating responsible leadership and achieving harmony in association living. The Nevada chapter currently serves more than 700 members; including business partners, community mangers and homeowner volunteers.
