Located within the Ocotillo master association, The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo will consist of 278 mid-rise condominiums overlooking Ocotillo Lake. Community amenities will include underground parking, resort-style pool, spa, state-of-the-art fitness center and an on-site CCMC community manager. Pre-sales have already begun. The first residents are expected in July 2015.<\/p>\n
