Our consulting services included building and reviewing all community documents and lifestyle amenity and programming recommendations. \u201cI am very pleased to announce that our consulting work at The Groves has resulted in a management contract,\u201d says division president Todd Davidson. \u201cThis is the second time this year Crescent Communities has chosen CCMC to be their community management solution. The first was 45 days ago for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.belterratexas.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Belterra<\/a>. The \u00a0dedication of Jeff Girardeau, our CCMC community manager at Belterra, has led directly to this new opportunity.\u201d CCMC will begin managing the community in May 2014. A CCMC lifestyle director will be hired \u00a0in November 2014, just as the first homeowners are expected to arrive.<\/p>\n<p>The Groves will eventually include up to 2,259 single-family homes, 540 apartment homes, 50 acres of retail and commercial space, 40-acre school campus and family-friendly amenities, designed for modern living.
