In his new role, Brandon will support, train and develop CCMC teams; cultivate client relationships; and coach community managers on how to master both the art and science of community association management. He will be based out of our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. \u201cI am truly grateful for this new opportunity and eager to support the continued success of our team members and clients, as we work together to fulfill our purpose of creating experiences that connect people,\u201d said Brandon.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Colorado, Brandon joined CCMC shortly after earning his Bachelor\u2019s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006. Since then, he has served as development coordinator for SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas, assistant community manager at SouthShore, community manager at V at Lake Las Vegas and, most recently, community manager for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.providencelv.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Providence<\/a>. Under his leadership, the CCMC team at Providence has received several awards, including \u201cSouthern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year\u201d from Community Associations Institute\u2019s (CAI) Nevada Board of Directors. \u201cBrandon\u2019s career with CCMC is a wonderful example of the opportunity our company holds,\u201d explains division president Delores Ferguson. \u201cHis intelligence, drive, and ability to implement creative solutions have always set him apart.\u201d Brandon is recognized as a CMCA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and holds the AMS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> designation from CAI.
