\"Andy<\/a>According to Forbes<\/a>, the capital of Texas is the fastest growing city in the nation. \u201cOver the past year, we have watched our Austin\/San Antonio households double in size,\u201d explains division president Todd Davidson. \u201cWe expect them to double again by the end of 2015.\u201d Our total number of communities in this market is now four including: Alamo Ranch<\/a>, Hill Country Retreat<\/a>, The Hollows and Belterra<\/a>. Additionally, we are providing pre-development consulting for several other area projects. \u201cOur growing business in this market has reached a tipping point,\u201d says Todd. \u201cIt is time to establish a full-time presence here and I am very pleased to announce that CCMC vice president Andy Babbitt has been chosen to lead this new operation.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his new role, Andy will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to all CCMC communities and clients in Austin and San Antonio. \u201cIn expansion markets, our success depends upon seasoned CCMC leaders who know our service product, embrace our philosophy, and can propagate our culture,\u201d says Todd. \u201cThese qualities made Andy the obvious choice for this new role.\u201d<\/p>\n

Andy will begin transitioning his responsibilities next month, once he relocates to Austin. This transition will be complete by the end of this year. \u201cCCMC\u2019s emphasis on community and lifestyle is perfectly aligned with the Hill Country way of life.
