\"Park<\/a>CCMC has recently entered into an agreement with Crescent Bay Holdings <\/a>to provide pre-development consulting services for its project in the city of North Las Vegas <\/a>named Park Highlands East. The 1,765-acre master-planned community will eventually include 10,000 households with a park system that includes regional sports fields, schools, library, commercial space, and nature preserve. It is the largest master-planned community in North Las Vegas and one of the largest in the greater Las Vegas Valley.\u00a0 Construction will begin in 2015 with first home sales anticipated in 2016.<\/p>\n

\u201cPark Highlands is one of the few remaining large-scale opportunities in this market,\u201d explains division president Tony Ledvina. \u201cThis project has come to represent economic hope and stability for the city of North Las Vegas.
