These three projects include two near Austin, plus a third near Nashville Tennessee. \u201cThis is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the CCMC difference in an entirely new market,\u201d explains division president Todd Davidson. \u201cWe are thrilled to begin doing business in Nashville — but even more thrilled to be doing it with a client that is so closely aligned with our own purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n

Highland Meadows <\/b><\/a>is located in the Austin suburb of Liberty Hill, between the north and south forks of the San Gabriel River. An outdoor lover\u2019s paradise, this neighborhood offers breathtaking views of sunsets and wildflowers, across 248 acres of Texas Hill Country. Highland Meadows will eventually include 695 households, walking trails, playgrounds, neighborhood parks, and community pool.<\/p>\n

Headwaters <\/b><\/a>is located in Dripping Springs, just 30 minutes from downtown Austin. Neighbors will enjoy 1,500 acres connected by walking trails along the scenic Barton Creek, multiple parks, open lawns and picnic areas. The community will ultimately include 1,000 households and a community recreation center with a resort-style pool, water playscape and gardens.<\/p>\n

Durham Farms <\/b><\/a>is located in the Nashville suburb of Hendersonville. With a relaxed, small-town vibe, this neighborhood will include 1,100 households and feature quiet, tree-lined streets, generous green space, front porches, playgrounds, neighborhood parks, walking trails, and community pool.<\/p>\n
