\"Mulberry\"CCMC has recently entered into an agreement with Blandford Homes<\/a> to provide pre-development consulting services for Mulberry<\/a>, a budding neo-traditional neighborhood located in the new tech corridor of Mesa, Arizona. \u201cMulberry will be a neighborhood unlike any other in Arizona,\u201d explains division president Delores Ferguson. \u201cWith old school charm, front porches, tree-lined boulevards, rose gardens and storybook enchantment, this community will truly feel like those of years gone by.\u201d Mulberry will eventually include 550 homes situated around one centrally-located park. Amenities will include a swimming pool, sports courts, fitness center, playgrounds, pavilions, play fields and marketplace. Consulting services will include governance review, budget forecasting and lifestyle and amenity planning. A part-time lifestyle director will be hired next year.<\/p>\n

CCMC was first introduced to Blandford Homes when they were building at Power Ranch. \u201cOur approach to lifestyle and service made quite an impression and, one year ago, we were hired to manage Blandford\u2019s Mountain Bridge community,\u201d explains Delores. \u201cOur exceptional performance there has led to this new business.\u201d<\/p>\n

Blandford Homes<\/b> was ranked #1 in J.D. Power\u2019s Customer Satisfaction Survey all five years it was surveyed. The company has also been awarded the prestigious AVIS Award for Best Customer Experience in Phoenix by Professional Builder <\/i>magazine.<\/p>\n
