The project borders the Adonea Metropolitan District, in the remote area near 6<sup>th<\/sup> Avenue and E-470. Our consulting services will begin in January 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Sand Creek Ranch is comprised of 1,000 acres and will eventually include 3,000 households. Neighborhood amenities may include a large recreation complex, a swimming pool, and parks. The plan also includes a site for a new public school. Housing products will include both single-family and multi-family options.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Melcor Land Holdings<\/strong> is a diversified real estate development and management company. Established in 1923, the firm manages the full life cycle of real estate development, from land acquisition to sales and marketing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Marathon Land <\/b>was established in 2005 and provides land development consulting services throughout the Denver area.
