\"The<\/a>CCMC has recently entered into an agreement with Harvard Investments<\/a> to provide pre-development consulting services for a new community in the Phoenix suburb of Queen Creek named The Parks. This community will eventually be home to 463 households and an additional 423 homes could be annexed in the future. A community system of parks and trails will connect seven distinct neighborhoods. Our consulting services will include review of governing documents and construction of a pro forma<\/i> budget.<\/p>\n

Located directly across the street from Banner Ironwood Medical Center<\/a>, this neighborhood will also be accessible to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport<\/a>, the Gateway employment corridor, and Central Arizona College\u2019s San Tan Campus<\/a>. Amenities will include walking trails, tot lots, play fields, sports courts, picnic areas, and a large covered ramada for events and gatherings. Models will open within one year.<\/p>\n
